Our assortment draws on both Belgian technique and French patisserie inspiration to create a range of eight distinct praline variations presented in a single, elegant gift box. Each piece has been developed by our head chocolatier to showcase a different praline character: classic hazelnut-almond feuilletine with milk chocolate; walnut praline with 72% dark chocolate; pistachio and rose praline in white chocolate; and pecan and maple praline with caramelized milk chocolate, among others. The pralines are crafted by first slowly caramelizing each nut variety to develop rich, toasty complexity before blending to a smooth paste that is layered with couverture chocolate in precisely measured shell molds. The result is a texturally and flavor diverse collection that covers the full range of praline possibility.
