Salted Caramel Bliss Chocolate is arguably our most acclaimed creation — a bar that has earned multiple awards at the International Chocolate Awards and consistently tops customer satisfaction surveys. Built on a 62% dark chocolate foundation, this bar incorporates a ribbon of flowing salted caramel that runs through the entire length of the bar, visible at the break and unmistakable from the very first taste. The caramel is made in-house using a traditional open-pan cooking method with unsalted French butter and fresh heavy cream, cooked to 118°C to achieve the precise amber color and toffee complexity that sets our caramel apart. Fleur de sel harvested by hand from the salt marshes of Guérande, Brittany is folded in at the end to preserve the individual salt crystals, ensuring pops of salinity throughout the eating experience. The tension between the bitter intensity of the 62% dark chocolate and the sweet, buttery, salty caramel creates an endlessly satisfying flavor loop that has made this bar genuinely addictive for thousands of loyal customers.
